Serving on the BSAS Board
The Biological Sciences Alumni Society (BSAS), a constituent society of the University of Minnesota
Alumni Association (UMAA), represents all former students and friends of the College of Biological Sciences (CBS). The BSAS Board of Directors, along with other enthusiastic alumni, plans and participates in a wide range of events and programs throughout the year.
The 12-member board meets every other month. The board is assisted by representatives of the CBS, the CBS student body, and the UMAA.
Serving on the BSAS Board of Directors is an excellent way to stay in touch with CBS and the University of Minnesota. It also allows you the opportunity to assist biological sciences undergraduates in many ways, including mentoring, internships, and scholarships.
